    As a dealer tech I do alot of heavy engine repair on trucks. The newer design trucks no longer have a bumper to kneel on and the engines sit very low in the bay , as a result I have hurt my back several times trying to lift heads out and even breaking the bolts loose due to the poor positioning of ur back during the repair , I spent over 700 on another topside creeper and it helped but still had back issues , I saw this advertised on tik tok and ordered immediately , and thought this better be awesome for the price , I have never been more satisfied with a tool , worth every penny and would highly recommend to any tech working on trucks , this is a game changer!

    Q. Do they come with the tool tray that I saw in one reviewer’s video? If not can that be purchased?
    A. That's a new "optional" accessory and we just finished adding it to the website. Just click the box that you want to add it to your order and you're good to go. Thanks Warren!

    Q. If unsatisfied with this creeper, can I return it.
    A. Yes sir. We have a 30 day return policy, and in order to return the product for refund, it would need to be returned in new condition. With that said, I want to add two things. First, we've been selling these for many years and to date not one customer has ever asked to return one. The second issue is the fees. If a customer wants to return a product, they pay the shipping to get it there, the shipping to return it, and a 20% restock fee. On an item this large and heavy, that would be expensive. You could return it, but i wouldn't recommend it. Thanks Danny.

    Q. Country of origin?
    A. This unit is made in China sir. We used to offer a USA made unit that was about $2700, but the manufacturer went out of business due to poor sales. My apologies but this is our only model of over-the-top creeper. Thanks for shopping with us!

    Q. Is the angle of the platform adjustable at all or is it fixed? It looks like it might be adjustable on the folding model but not on the static model.

    Q. Would a F-350 be too tall to use this?
    A. Assuming the truck is stock height, you should be fine. Now, if your truck is lifted, then naturally you'll need to consult the posted specs of the creeper to determine if it will still work. Thanks Hannah!
