Instead of doing any lifting, just press down on the levered handle and easily
lift your bike up onto the adjustable platform quickly and easily.
Once on the platform, you simply adjust the angle of the
platform (by threading the support rod in or out) so that either wheel can be
off the ground quickly and safely. See the animated image below to understand

this can be done with the motorcycle on or off the stand. When you're
