Will this work for an 03 triumph bonneville t100

To be honest, we're not sure. You'd have to look under your bike and make sure this stand would have an ample location from which to contact and lift from the frame. Next, you'll need to make sure the lifting height of this stand, which is 8 to 10 inches, will be suitable for your bike. My apologies but this stand fits many hundreds of motorcycles. We've tested it on dozens, but yours was not one of them. Thanks Robert.

Would this jack lift and support a 2011 Softail CVO convertible

We recommend you look underneath your motorcycle as online photos don't show us enough to be certain. As long as you have a flat area under the motorcycle where this stand can contact the frame, it should work.
