Description

The new Triumph 8K Service Storage 4 Post Lift is a great addition to your shop or garage! Available in the standard or larger size, this easy to set up lift features automatic locks that engage as you raise the vehicle, as well as a couple of added accessories such as a caster kit to easily move your lift or a jack tray to allow a bottle jack or floor jack to lift one end of the vehicle.     We purchased our NSS-8XLT about 3years ago and totally love it. Easy to assemble only needed one other person to help with runway with the ram and help hold the pump up. BUT 2 is advised. Use it on chevy 1500, and Polaris RzR's

    Q. Two part question. I want to install a lift in my drive way. It’s covered, car port thing. 2nd part driveway isn’t an even surface but close. It declines 2” towards garage door, distance of 20’. Also tips about 1.5” from one side of driveway towards the other.. it’s a drainage thing. Thanks in advance for your help in this matter.
    A. My apologies sir but we generally decline to give advice on these matters because of all these ambulance-chaser attorneys. If we answer this question with our best advice and everything goes fine, then maybe we'll make a few hundred dollars on the sale. If it doesn't go well and an accident occurs thanks to installing a lift on an uneven surface, we'll stand to lose several hundred thousand dollars. The reward and risk just don't level-out. I'm sorry but we have to decline to offer an opinion. Wish we could be of more help sir.

    Q. Can I have this lift delivered to my home?
    A. By the truck carrier? No sir. This shipment is roughly 15 ft long, which cannot fit onto the truck's lift gate. Assuming the driver could unload it, you'd then need some ability to move the shipment inside as well. We recommend borrowing a utility trailer so you can pick up the lift at the local truck terminal, and then unbolt everything from its package form. That will allow you and 1-2 other men to carry it inside piece by piece. The heaviest piece is about 300 lbs. Thanks Joey; I hope this helps!

    Q. Can the Lift be moved (without a Car on it ) Do you have to use a Floor Jack to move the Lift ?
    A. Yes sir. This lift comes with casters as standard equipment and no floor jack is necessary to use them. You can view THIS VIDEO of the Triumph lift and at the 33 second mark the casters are shown. We also have a video of our Titan lift, which is very similar, and in that video we demonstrate the casters at the 5 min 48 sec mark. You can watch THIS TITAN VIDEO to see how these style of casters are operated. Thanks Bill!

    Q. Is it possible to move the lift around on the casters with a vehicle on the lift?
    A. No sir it is not possible to move this lift around with a vehicle on it as the casters are not load bearing. Thank you for your question!
