What concrete/foundation requirements does this lift require? (thickness of concrete, etc.)

Four posts don't generally require much. I downloaded the manual from the 'downloads' tab on our site and found it was 4' thick at 3,000 psi. You can use the control+F feature on your computer to search for a term like 'concrete' or 'cement' and you'll often find what you're looking very quickly. Thanks for your question Josh!
