I used a Harbor Freight siphon hose type blast cabinet for several years in my home/hobby shop. Poor lighting, the cabinet filled with dust almost immediately, and the gun/hose/nozzle clogged frequently.

I bought the REPP70 Pressure Pot Blast Cabinet, and wow what a difference. It’s foot pedal operated. Over the past couple of weeks I have blasted dozens of small parts - fan blades, pulleys, air cleaner assemblies, brackets, etc - the cabinet and opening could accommodate an engine block if needed. My first time using this cabinet I blasted parts to bare metal in an hour that would have taken me 4-hours or more in the past, and they would have come out nowhere nearly as clean. I literally took before and after pictures and timed this. I wanted to know the value of the money I had just spent; it’s worth every penny. The cabinet is well lit. The vacuum keeps it clear, and your work piece is clearly visible. Not a single clog. The cabinet does what I need it to do quickly and efficiently.Read less
