Please understand that if this product is returned and appears to have been mistreated, modified, etc...that sort of thing can affect whether Redline will warranty the product or not. The original jack will not pick up my Harley Davidson road glide ultra, is this pump any stinger. By the way the motorcycle weighs 1050 pounds.

This jack is a factory replacement for the original, so if it didn't work, we don't believe trying to same pump again will do any good. With that said, we notice you tell us the bike is 1,050 lbs. That's over the 1K lb rating of Harbor Freight's table, which we already feel is a stretch. Please have a look at our HD1K lift. You have a heavy duty motorcycle, and you need a heavy duty lift.

I agree with Kensaved, Nov 11, 2021. I've had this table for about 3 years. It quit lifting a month ago. Use it to lift 14 gallon containers (2) up to table height, briefly, and not frequently. First it quit lifting, then started again when I pumped several times with the oil plug removed. Now it won't go down, and don't tell me that I'm pushing the handle instead of pulling it. The cable device is moving the release interface about an inch rearward.

No sir. I'm sorry but we only sell the entire replacement pump.

Does the pump come with instructions for installation?

No sir, but it's awful simple. Just basic hand tools and about 30 minutes of elbow grease and you should be good to go. Thanks Brian.

Had a problem with the first pump I purchased not their fault. it was a manufacturing error. I contacted them and within four days I received a new pump. It works perfectly and I’m up and running! Redline has awesome Customer support. will definitely do business with these folks in the future.

The pump is correct, but either I overlooked it, or didn't realize the pump did not come with the pins for the lift needed to install the pump on the mounting bracket. Had to order some, and will have to do some slight adjustments, for it to work.
