    Q. Can it be raised using the foot pedal or is the foot pedal only to add that 1" inch in height?
    A. The foot pedal only adds extra height as you push down on it for one operation. It's a feature designed to help you align holes, not to maintain a certain height. Thanks for shopping with us!
