    Q. Good evening. I want this UTV lift! ????
    I’m on the east coast of Canada. Can we make this happen?
    A. Sure, but in order to do so, you must do one of two things. A - You can drive into the USA, pick up the lift at the local truck terminal, and carry it back into Canada yourself. B - You have to hire a customs broker to clear the shipment through customs. These are our only two options sir. Please contact our sales staff if either is acceptable. Thanks Corey!

    A. My apologies Mohammad, but we do not return international phone calls because they are very expensive and also because we do not offer international shipping. If you insist on getting a lift shipped internationally from us, you'll need to hire a freight forwarder. We'll ship to them, and they'll ship to you. In such a case, please know that we do not accept credit cards from international customers, so payment via bank wire is mandatory. My apologies for the lousy news sir.

    Q. Can you see a problem lifting the new Polaris rzr pro r 4 ultimate that weighs in at 2300 lbs?
    A. I can't see why not weight capacity wise, but we always encourage the customer to check the specs on the listing.

    Q. Will this lift handle a 2021 Polaris xp pro ultimate
    A. We cannot imagine it would be any issue. With that said, this is why we post all the dimensions of the arms, the length of the arms, the angle they swing and so on. We must ask that the customer reference our specs against his machine just to be 100% sure. I think you're fine, but at the end of the day you must double check for yourself because we at Redline do not possess the staff and ability to test our lifts on each new machine that comes on the market.
