    Had a problem with the first pump I purchased not their fault. it was a manufacturing error. I contacted them and within four days I received a new pump. It works perfectly and I’m up and running! Redline has awesome Customer support. will definitely do business with these folks in the future.

    Does not come with pins to mount it.

    The pump is correct, but either I overlooked it, or didn't realize the pump did not come with the pins for the lift needed to install the pump on the mounting bracket. Had to order some, and will have to do some slight adjustments, for it to work.

    Q. How do you get the 2 ends on each side of the bracket at the bottom of jack loose. I don't seem to have any openings. It's like the jack and bracket were welded in.
    A. My apologies, but we do not have this information. We simply buy this pump from the same factory that HF uses to buy their motorcycle lifts, and we offer that pump to our customers. It's up to the customer to provide the mechanical know-how to swap out the pump. My apologies; I wish we had a better answer.

    Q. Can you give me the model number on this jack
    A. Yes sir. We use the model number HF-Pump, but there is no stamped numbers or lettering on the pump if that's what you're asking. Thanks for shopping with us!

    Q. Hi guys. Couple questions please:
    - Can this pump be retrofit with the air cylinder similar to the LD1K-HP?
    - I see you said there is no rebuild kit. Do you know if this pump use standard-size seals so it can be rebuilt using seals from a regular hydraulic supply?

    A. No sir. It is not possible to retrofit an air motor to this pump. My apologies but we do not have any experience with attempting to rebuild these pumps. Thanks for your question!

    Q. Can u please give me basic instructions to install the jack please do I need to buy anything else to make it work ?
    A. Assuming you have the #68892 model table offered by Harbor Freight, you don't need anything else to install it. My apologies but we do not have any installation instructions. Thanks Randy.
