    Had a problem with the first pump I purchased not their fault. it was a manufacturing error. I contacted them and within four days I received a new pump. It works perfectly and I’m up and running! Redline has awesome Customer support. will definitely do business with these folks in the future.

    Does not come with pins to mount it.

    The pump is correct, but either I overlooked it, or didn't realize the pump did not come with the pins for the lift needed to install the pump on the mounting bracket. Had to order some, and will have to do some slight adjustments, for it to work.

    Q. I bought this and had to shorten it to fit in my lift but when I couldn’t get the pump to let go and go back down . How does this pump release
    A. The release lever must "pull" on the plunger to open the hydraulic valve. You're probably trying to push it in, which is incorrect. Thanks Ken!

    Q. how do u bleed the new jack
    A. Usually just running the unit through a few cycles will get the air out. Be sure it's unloaded when you do this. We recommend running it up halfway, lowering it, then to three-quarters up, then lower, then all the way, then lower it. That usually does the the trick. Reach out to our tech department if that doesn't work. Thanks John!

    Q. Why no returns if the new jack doesn't work?
    A. We were forced to implement this policy. Harbor Freight made several different, but very similar, models of their lift table. This pump fits only the model #68892. Too often customers were ordering these pumps without verifying the model of their table, at which time they would hammer, weld, bend, you name it, in their attempt to install it into place. Assuming they were unsuccessful, they'd attempt to return the pump in very non-new condition. Because of this, we no longer allow returns of this item; so please, check your lift carefully before you order to make sure your lift is indeed a model #68892. Assuming you have that lift, you'll be fine. Thanks for writing!
