The customer service was absolutely great and really helpful in addressing a couple of issues I ran into. When the caddy arrived, I did notice that the fuel neck—where the gas cap screws on—was broken. Plus, there was a slight indentation on the top of the caddy that wasn’t visible in the product photos. This dent makes the fuel neck sit a little crooked. They did let me know that the indentation is normal, but it’s definitely something to be aware of since it can cause that slight misalignment. The good news is that Redline Engineering is sending me a new fuel neck to replace the broken part, which I really appreciate. So in the end, it’s a mix: great customer service, but just be mindful of that little indentation if you want everything perfectly aligned.
