Q. Will this kit fit a JST JO5 jack?

A. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing that. We have never heard of the jack brand/model you are inquiring about. Online photos make it appear to be a different design so we lean toward it not working for you. You might consider taking it to a hydraulic repair shop in your area and they may be able to source seals once they take yours apart. Thanks for reaching out Daivd!

Q. My Transmission Jack is an older Model that looks just like this one with one difference the top cap for the cylinder is held on by 4 bolts not threaded on like the newer model, do you have a seal kit for it?

Q. How much and what type of fluid is needed for this jack?
A. #32 hydraulic fluid is what you need. My apologies but we do not know the capacity of the cylinder. Thank you Craig.

A. My apologies sir but we do not have an instruction manual for this rebuild kit. You basically are carefully disassembling the cylinder and noting the assembly as you take it apart. Thanks for your question.

Q. I have an older Atlas 1/2 ton, two stage trans jack. The cylinder looks identical to the tj500. Could you tell me if this seal kit would be the same? I would like to replace my seals.
A. It might fit, but please understand you're asking us if our Redline parts will fit our competition's products. If our competition were to change their design, they certainly would not alert Redline and send over their drawings. Just want to make sure you understand this because if our Redline parts won't fit another company's jack, you'd be responsible for all applicable shipping costs and restocking fees in the event of a return. Given the low cost of this item, a return would not be financially feasible. Thanks Travis!
