Question
Jan 12, 2021I see that you guys carry replacement pumps, and I really appreciate that. Most folks don't support their products with parts after the sale, so that's nice to see. -

Nice design, looks good, decent price.
Dec 3, 2020I own a mobile blasting service and find myself needing to clean smaller parts before blasting sometimes. I used to put this onus on the customer but they never cleaned them properly. Now, I will charge for this service. Just ran some nasty dirt bike parts and this unit did just great. I chose to add a flow through brush that you can pick up on Amazon or anywhere else for that matter. Keeps the detergent flowing while you scrub. It is quiet when operating and looks great sitting next to my monster REPP70 blast cabinet from Redline! Great addition to my shop and my capabilities.

Jul 20, 2022Q. I use SolSafe 245 solvent. Is this safe for the pump?A. Sir, I'm sorry but we have no experience with that solvent. We can tell you this though, this unit is not well suited for anything that's flammable. Thanks for your question!

Mar 31, 2022Q. I am in need of the filter for parts washer modle RE20PW. I can't seem to find them anywhere. Please let me know if you have them available.A. We don't stock this filter, but it's possible we have them. Please email a photo of the filter you need to [email protected] Jason King handles our parts and odds-n-ends. It's quite possible he has one. Sometimes UPS destroys a product and brings it back to us, at which time we salvage anything not damaged and keep for a rainy day. Thanks for your question!

Feb 02, 2022Q. Why is a petro based cleaner not recommended?A. Two reasons. They tend to make the bushings in the motor swell, which locks up the motor shaft and causes it to quit spinning. Second, people tend to use highly flammable solvents and they disregard the enormous fire hazard in doing so, which is a huge liability to a parts washer manufacturer. For these two reasons, we recommend aqueous-based cleaners. Thanks for your question!
