Mar 15, 2024Q. Does this unit come with everything shown in the pictures ? I am looking to purchase one and am wondering on the shipping as well to a private residence. I have a tractor with a front end loader on it and think that should be able to pick it up or I could just bring my 22’ trailer and pick it up.A. Yes sir, what is shown in the pictures is what's included, minus the optional SJ-35 sliding jack that's shown in one of the photos. We really don't recommend attempting to deliver a lift this large to your home as it's a couple thousand pounds and extends into the trailer about 15 feet. We've seen it attempted many times, and too often it ends with the truck carrier demanding extra money for a delivery that took too long, and an upset customer who isn't willing to pay the carrier's extra charges. Because of this, it's really best just to pick it up at your local truck terminal and trailer it back to your house where you can unload at your leisure. Thanks for shopping with us!

Aug 21, 2023Q. does this unit have a capacity for
for a lift trolley?A. Do you mean a sliding jack like the SJ-35? If so, then yes. This lift can accept up to two of these 3,500 lb sliding jacks. Thanks for shopping with us! -
Jul 11, 2023Q. Where is the electrical plug on this unit and what kind of power supply does it require? Wiring a new garage and need to know.A. The electrical plug is wired into the power unit. When the lift is installed, the power unit column can be positioned driver side front or passenger side rear. Per the product manual found in the downloads tab above, the power unit is 115V 20A 1PH. Refer to the manual for more details or give us a call if you have additional questions. Thanks for reaching out Lenny!

May 06, 2023Q. I'm looking for a lift for outside storage for my cars.A. We don't recommend this, but we've seen it done. There's no such thing as a car lift that's built with components designed to stand up to the outdoors. That means things like no stainless steel hardware. With that said, if you're going to do it, be aware of two things. First, that leaving the power unit outside is a great way to buy a new one real soon. We'd recommend outfitting it with hydraulic quick connects so you can easily bring it back indoors when you're done. Second, just be aware that rust will surely begin to take its toll. After some unknown amount of time, your structural components are likely to eventually become too weak to be trustworthy. Rust eats metal, and allowing it to take hold on a device that's holding a car above your head is not a great idea. Just some food for thought. Thanks for shopping with us James!

Nov 01, 2022Q. Likely purchasing this unit in a couple months. Soon having garage slab poured and need exact dimensions of the lift so I’ll know exactly where to have the deeper reinforced concrete footings located. Can you Email them to me?
Thank you
JTA. Sir, what you need are the dimensional drawings found on pages 3 and 4 of the installational manual. Just click on the downloads tab to view the PDF. Thanks JT!
