    Had a problem with the first pump I purchased not their fault. it was a manufacturing error. I contacted them and within four days I received a new pump. It works perfectly and I’m up and running! Redline has awesome Customer support. will definitely do business with these folks in the future.

    Does not come with pins to mount it.

    The pump is correct, but either I overlooked it, or didn't realize the pump did not come with the pins for the lift needed to install the pump on the mounting bracket. Had to order some, and will have to do some slight adjustments, for it to work.

    A. Going to be honest sir. We don't know. The truth is that naturally Harbor Freight doesn't share any information with us when they make design changes. Unless you're able to determine which lift you have by carefully comparing it to the pictures of the pump on our website, I'm not sure we'll be able to help. Sorry Cylde; we wish we had a better answer sir.

    Q. Have you received any feedback from customers with HB lift #69904 whether or not they were able to get it to work on that model? I understand that Redline is limited on responses and such. Just trying to get any info I can. Ready to order if I can get any kind of feedback that it can be made to work.
    A. No sir. This pump only fits the Harbor Freight model 68892 lift. Please understand that if you purchase this pump with the intent to install it into your non-68892 lift, you need to be ready to do whatever is necessary to make it work, because this item is not returnable.     Q. i have this hf pump can it be made to work with air ???
    A. No sir. The HF-Pump has no ability to convert it to air over hydraulic. We do carry the LD1K PUMP and it’s air powered, but installing that pump into the Harbor Freight table would require some fabricating that isn’t for the faint of heart. Thanks for shopping with us!

    A. We have no idea of knowing sir. There's onyl one way to find out. Just make sure that if you buy it, you're fully prepared to do whatever it takes to make it fit, because we do not allow returns on this item. We were forced to disallow returns because it became too common that people would buy this pump for the wrong lift, try to hammer it into place, and then return it if they couldn't make it fit.
