    I ordered my rotisserie on Feb 10th. Received a phone call from Redline a few minutes after I placed my order and had a nice conversation. It was delivered free shipping two days later. Very easy assembly and only took me about an hour to get it done. I ended up buying the extra adapter kit but it wouldn't fit my car. I had to make a taller set of shackle mounts to get enough clearance so it would not hit the rear panel. Not a big deal at all. It took me about 15 minutes to get my 70 Camaro mounted to this bad boy. Once I got it balanced I was able to spin the car very easily. My only complaint is I should have bought one of these years ago! This thing is a beast

    Dustin was very helpful when I called and purchased the rotisserie,It's actually good to be able to talk to someone that knows about the product,I haven't been able to use it yet ,the day I was to pick it up i broke my leg ,I'm so ready to put the Camaro on it.

    Q. ROT3000-LD - will this mount directly to a 1968 GTO body or are there special mounts needed for the front and/or rear portions of the body?
    A. I'm sorry but we do not personally have experience mounting a GTO to this rotisserie. We know it's easily done, because we've sold this rotisserie to many dozens of GTO owners and none of them have asked to return it. With that said, we easily found THIS VIDEO that may come in very handy to you. We also ran a Google image search for 1968 GTO on rotisserie and found plenty of pictures as well. I hope this helps.     Q. Can I mount my Datsun 240z with out buying expensive adapters?
    A. We don't have any first-hand experience with your vehicle to know how you should mount it. Some vehicles can use the mounting arms included with the rotisserie, while others need adapters. Please watch THIS VIDEO that shows all the details for each adapter option we offer and compare to your vehicle to see what will work best. Thanks for reaching out 240z Eddie!

    Q. What shop ceiling height is required to use a rottisserie for an early model Mustang?
    A. The distance from the ground to the top of the telescopic bar that connects one end of the rotisserie to the other is 8.5 inches. We'll take this number and add whatever minimum gap you're willing to accept as the distance from the rotisserie bar to the car. In this example, we'll use 2 inches. So that's 8.5 + 2 is 10.5 inches. Next, add the width of your car. If your car is 70 inches wide, then that's 8.5 + 2 + 70 = 80.5 inches. You would need no less than 80.5 inches of ceiling height in this example to rotate the car.     Q. Would this work with a suburban body. It’s long that is with the front clip off. And no frame of course
    A. I cannot imagine it being an issue sir. But suppose there was and it wasn't long enough, you'd just buy a piece of square tubing from the steel yard and replace the bottom telescopic tube with a longer tube and you're off to the races. Thanks for shopping with us!
