So far so good, it was easy to assemble and would have been easier if before everything was powder coated they deburred the inside of all the tubes.

    Automotive Rotisserie

    Jan 5, 2024
I bought this a year ago for my 64 ranchero, best decision ever. I can rotate the car to any position, making access to panels for welding so much easier especially underneath. Way better than lying on your back cutting and welding. Rolls around the shop with ease, need extra space? Tip it on its side and move it out of the way.

The Redline 3100 rotisserie is very well built and the perfect tool for a frame off restoration project…….. currently a ‘64 Malibu SS. I would highly recommend this product to anyone in the market.

    Q. What shop ceiling height is required to use a rottisserie for an early model Mustang?
    A. The distance from the ground to the top of the telescopic bar that connects one end of the rotisserie to the other is 8.5 inches. We'll take this number and add whatever minimum gap you're willing to accept as the distance from the rotisserie bar to the car. In this example, we'll use 2 inches. So that's 8.5 + 2 is 10.5 inches. Next, add the width of your car. If your car is 70 inches wide, then that's 8.5 + 2 + 70 = 80.5 inches. You would need no less than 80.5 inches of ceiling height in this example to rotate the car. I hope this helps. Thanks Steven!

    Q. Would this work with a suburban body. It’s long that is with the front clip off. And no frame of course
    A. I cannot imagine it being an issue sir. But suppose there was and it wasn't long enough, you'd just buy a piece of square tubing from the steel yard and replace the bottom telescopic tube with a longer tube and you're off to the races. Thanks for shopping with us!

    Q. I bought a ROT3000 LD What i need to know if you carry a set of rear leaf brackets for a 68 camaro and part number
    A. THESE LEAF SPRING BRACKETS should do fine on your Camaro, but go ahead and cross reference our posted specs against your car just to be sure. Thanks for shopping with us!
  • Duncan Jan 07, 2024
    Q. What kits or adapters will I need to mount a 1973 Chevy blazer body for restoration?
    A. We've never personally mounted a Blazer before, but we did find some pictures online of others that have done it. We'll email them to you in the hope that it helps. Thanks Duncan.
  • Andrew Jan 03, 2024
    Q. How much weight is this frame rated for?
    A. 3,000 lbs sir. We've tested it to as much as 4,410 lbs as shown in our video, but we'd never recommend going over 3k pounds unless the user is willing to risk unaliving himself. Thanks Andrew.
