3.0 / 5 (1 review) Based on 1 review Write review Sep 22, 2025 Incorrect Redline/Motofeet Recommendation Sep 22, 2025 I emailed Red line to verify if they had a engine stand compatible with a formula board can’t cross below four-cylinder 1600 cc engine They promptly replied to that inquiry with a recommendation which I then purchased The shipment was prompt and well received, but the engine stand that had been recommended was not appropriate for the application. I did contact Customer Service and spoke to Larry. Larry was very attentive and very responsive to my request which was for them to verify that the unit that was shipped was in fact not compatible with the engine that I had requested it for just to make sure it might not have been a shipping mistake. They came back saying that in fact, it was not compatible and that they did not carry an engine stand for my application. They quickly issued me an RMA with shipping label, which I then used to return the goods. Within 10 days of shipping the return they issued my credit. Although I could not get what I needed from red line, they acknowledge their mistake. They quickly made corrections by issuing the RMA and quickly returning my money. It’s a pity that they didn’t have an engine stand for my application because what they did send me was well constructed and would’ve been great if I could’ve used it.
