what is the viewing window made of?

We asked the factory and were told it was polymethyl methacrylate or 'organic glass' as it's commonly known overseas. Thanks Bob!

Can this be used to engrave letters on stone, marble, granite, etc...

My apologies, but we don't know. The vast majority of our customers who buy these are using them to resurface metal parts. We have used our siphon blasters to frost glass, but outside of that, we have no experience with marble or granite. Thanks for your question!

Can you use a steel shot media in this?

No sir. I'm afraid this cabinet is for medias like crashed glass, 10X, Black Beauty, and so on. Please be aware that most steel shot cabinets are extremely expensive. We're not aware of any on the market today for less than about $7500. Sorry for the lousy news.
