Can I run this up and down with a Milwaukee?

No Sir. Jacks of this sort are designed to be raised using manual hand tools such as a ratchet/socket. Using power tools can create too much speed and/or torque. Doing so will void the warranty and greatly decrease the life of the jack. Thanks for reaching out jm-mack!

Will the MC455 fit underneath a 2021 Harley low rider 'S' ?

The minimum height is 3.5' so you'd have to measure your bike to know for sure. Please also bear in mind you need to inspect the bottom of your bike under the engine to be sure nothing protrudes down below the frame rails. The frame cradle must be flat in order to utilize a jack like this. Thanks!
