    Its been good to me

    Oct 22, 2024
Bought mine a couple years ago. Not for a commercial garage but active hobbyist. I have lifted a variety of vehicles, the heaviest of which is my crew cab diesel f350. Pros- build quality seems solid. Welds and material thickness are good. Paint and finish are not amazing but typical of overseas products. No failures or issues. Motor never struggles. Locks always engage. No weird deflection. Cons-the lock release cable pulls and foot pad posts are mildly irritating. Conclusion-overall great value. If you are on the fence, fear not. I have always wanted a lift but I didnt think I could get one at this price point. No regrets.

    Q. would this lift (Triumph 11K 2 Post Floorplate Lift
Model: NT11) lift a 3/4 ton Silverado pickup?
    A. It’s not possible for us to answer your question sir, because you have not provided enough information. You really need to visit a truck scale and find out how much weight is on your front and rear axle. From there, you can watch THIS VIDEO for an explanation of why we’re asking for these two specs. At the end of the day, an 11K lift can support 2,750 lbs per arm, so if your truck features a diesel engine and transfer case in the front of it and causes the front axle to clock-in at more than 5,500 lbs, then the 11k would not be big enough. It’s all about how your truck is built. There are 6,000 lb ¾ ton trucks, and there are 10,000 lb ¾ ton trucks. Thanks for your question Geo!

    Q. I have a Ranchett located in the High Desert of CA specifically Lucerne Valley. There is a dirt road in good condition to my property but no “address” per say. Are you able to deliver to my location? Also, do you have a recommended installer in the Victorville/ San Bernadino/Hisperia area?

    Thank you
    Scott
    A. No sir. I'm sorry but we have to ship to a commercial facility with paved ground for trucks and forklifts to unload. If you don't have this, we recommend picking it up at the local terminal. They'll load your utility trailer with a forklift at the terminal. My apologies but we no longer participate in the installation of lifts because the legal liability associated with installations is far too great and does not outweigh the small amount of money to be made during a successful installation. Thanks for your questions Scott!

    Q. does it have to be bolted to floor
    A. Absolutely sir. And the concrete must be sufficient as well to hold the load.

    Q. How do I get the air of the cylinders of a 11K car lift- 2 post, low ceiling unit - Triumph brand? When it comes down, fluid and air come out of the reservoir. Brand new purchase.
    A. Usually just running the unit through a few cycles will get the air out. Be sure it's unloaded when you do this. We recommend running it up halfway, lowering it, then to three-quarters up, then lower, then all the way, then lower it. That usually does the the trick. Reach out to our tech department if that doesn't work. Thanks Barry!

    Q. Do you have literature on this so I can figure out what I need for new slab?
    A. What you're looking can be found inside the installation manual sir. Just click on the "downloads" tab. You'll always find the minimum thickness, psi rating, and type of reinforcement inside the manual. For reference, we recommend overkill for the concrete below the lift. We like 6" thick concrete with fiber "and" wire mesh on 3,500 psi concrete. If you'll do that, your slab will absolutely be overkill and provide peace of mind. Thanks Bryan!
