I live in Tennessee and was wondering what would be the process in getting one of these lifts sent to my house? Is there a site I could find to see what feed back there is regarding this lift?

Donnie, this lift is too large to fit onto the lift gate of a truck, so residential deliveries are not possible unless you have a forklift on site. We suggest doing a terminal pickup if you don't. As far as reviews go, we've sold a ton of these, but to date no customers have reviewed it on our site. We suggest a Google search for 'MSC-6K-LP review' and go from there. Will this work on a black top driveway? I am in the process of buying a one bay shop and have room outside to use one of these during the summer to optimize my revenue.

Depends. It might sink into thin ashpault in the hot summertime, but if the asphault was thick in the winter, I would expect the lift to not indent the blacktop nearly the same. Sorry but this isn't really a yes or no question.

Perhaps I didn’t see them in the manual. What are the concrete floor requirements to safely use this lift? Could it be wheeled onto a steel plate to use in an older garage without a 6” thick rebar-reinforced 3000 lb floor? Thank you!

The MSC-6KLP does not require to be anchored to the concrete like most lifts. In our experience, this lift doesn't require anything more than 4' thick 3,000 psi concrete with nothing else necessary. Thanks for your question!
