The Redline Engineering RE48 clam shell sand blast cabinet is brute force sand blasting meets creature comforts. This massive 65" tall sand blasting cabinet features a vacuum dust filtration system, clam shell opening, double fluorescent bulbs, and a foot operated feed control. It's got all the size you'll ever need to restore even the biggest of jobs. Order yours today!

    Decent bang for the buck

    Started a smithing company 3 years ago with a desk top HF sand blaster. It worked pretty good and got me built up in business so I needed a biigger cabinet. Went to RL an found this one. It was kind of frustrating to get start at first but the guy at Redline was Johnny on the spot and got be up in no time. Great customer service after the sale.

    Q. Looking into purchasing the re48cs blasting cabinet and was wondering how much weight it could hold.
    A. We recommend staying shy of 100 lbs. As you start getting up around 75 lbs, it'll hold the weight, but it'll start to bow the grate that the workpiece sits. Thanks Jack.

    Q. If I order this machine, when would I get it?
    A. Hi Zack. That depends sir, as you did not say where you were. If you're close to FL, then probably 2-3 days. If you're out West and the carrier is delayed, maybe 10-12 days. Just keep something in mind. Once we put your freight on the truck, it's out of our hands and we have no ability to make the carrier speed up. LTL freight carriers, all of them, do not guarantee their transit times, so however long it takes is however long it takes. Thanks for shopping with us!

    Q. How much media/sand min max plz
    A. 40 pounds of media is what we have found to work best. You can likely go a little less than that, but if you exceed 40 pounds or go too low, you may experience flow problems. Thanks for reaching out Dustyah!

    Q. Do you have replacement glass for the RE48 Blast cabinet
    A. We don't actually sell the glass just because we have learned that it never makes it to the customer in one piece. You can actually buy it locally at most glass shops. Thanks Rodney
