No, assembly is not included. As of 9/22/2022, shipping to a commercial business with a forklift or nearby freight terminal is included in the price except when shipping to ND, SD, MT, CA, NY. Those states require a small shipping surcharge. We suggest you contact a large car dealership in your area and ask the service manager who they use to service/install their lifts. If they trust the company with the lifts their employees use, it is probably a reputable company. Per the manufacturer's website, the lift has a one year parts warranty, no labor. Hello Robert. I’ll be honest. It’s made in China. If we’re being honest, you should immediately assume any car lift with an affordable price is made in China. We do carry an American made 15K 2 post lift, but I hope you’re sitting down when you see the price. Check out the CHALLENGER 15K. At this time of this posting, the Challenger is $27,520 more money, or 461% extra. We wish American manufacturing wasn’t so expensive, but it is. My apologies for the lousy news sir.

NTO 15 will it fit in 168 inches ? what would it cost to ship to Rochester NY

Correct sir. The lift is 165' tall, so a 168' ceiling is good to go. This lift, as of today 10/17/21, has free shipping to NY if it ships to either a business with forklift or to your local truck terminal. Thanks Mike.
