Description

The Redline Engineering RE40 is as technologically advanced as they come. This unit has two separate blast nozzles, one fixed from above and the other via pistol grip, with the ability to switch from one to the other via foot pedal. With a control panel across the top to indicate what is in use it really stands out. It features a vacuum dust filtration system, dual access doors, hand operated and fixed spray nozzles, double fluorescent bulbs, and a foot operated feed control. This machine has built in safety features that won't allow it to operate with the doors open. Order yours today!

MAINTENANCE
• Redline recommends cleaning your sand blast vacuum filter every 3 hours of use and replacing every 30 hours of use in order to avoid premature failure of the electric vacuum motor

    Great all-around cabinet

    All the features exceeded my expectations. The vacuum system keeps the work area clear so you can see what you\'re doing. Having the ability to switch between the pistol and hands-free drop down nozzle is a great option. The lamps light up the cabinet very well and again, each feature compliments the other. Overall, this cabinet is underpriced for what you get in quality and performance.

    Q. Can I use 24 grit with it
    A. That's some really large media and the biggest nozzle we carry for the RE40 is a 7mm. We think that if it flows through the nozzle, it won't do it nice and uniformly.

    Q. Hello, I need a new cabinet for sandblasting crystal awards. Would this work for that purpose using fine grit media?
    A. We cannot imagine why not. With that said, we have no experience blasting crystal. I hope this helps. Thanks Bill.

    A. I don't see why not. It's nothing we at Redline offer as an accessory, but we see nothing stopping you from custom mounting casters to the legs. Thanks Ronnie!

    Q. How many amps does the RE40 unit draw?
    A. While we don't know the exact number, we can definitively say that we've never seen one trip a 15 amp breaker before. Thanks Jon!
