    Bought mine a couple years ago. Not for a commercial garage but active hobbyist. I have lifted a variety of vehicles, the heaviest of which is my crew cab diesel f350. Pros- build quality seems solid. Welds and material thickness are good. Paint and finish are not amazing but typical of overseas products. No failures or issues. Motor never struggles. Locks always engage. No weird deflection. Cons-the lock release cable pulls and foot pad posts are mildly irritating. Conclusion-overall great value. If you are on the fence, fear not. I have always wanted a lift but I didnt think I could get one at this price point. No regrets.

    Q. DOES THIS NEED 220 OR 110?
    A. This lift will require a 30 amp breaker and 220V electricity. Thank you for your question.

    Q. Can I get a replacement safety latch for the 11k floor plate lift? One of mine is damaged. If so how do I go about ordering parts? Thank you.

    Q. Can I bolt the lift plate down 8 inches from a stress relief cut in the cement?
    A. I looked through the manual for this lift and didn't find anything that specifically stated the minimum distance from the nearest imperfection of the slab, so I cannot answer this question. I can only tell you that we would not be willing to install this lift only 8" from a relief cut if we were installing it. Thanks for shopping with us Doug!

    Q. Does this lift have a single point lock release or do I have to release the lock on each post individually before lowering? Because that sucks.
    A. It's a dual side lock release. In all honesty, this lift has a pretty low price tag, so it naturally has the features to go with it. Once you get up into the more expensive lifts, you'll begin to find features like a single point lock release, double telescopic lifting feet, triple telescopic arms and more. Thanks for checking!
